I did something bad....

Alright well I must be honest... I broke my say no to shopping for a year spree and gave in and bought a pair of the heels from the Prabal Gurung for Target collection. These babies are so amazing I couldn't help myself! And they are only $39, they really remind me of the sandals I wanted from Zara which were 3 times that much. I tried them on when I was with my dad and he made the very man-like comment "I like that color what is that yellow?" lol gotta love that man.

I did break my rule BUT I think in times like this (which to me in my shopaholic mind) which are "once in a lifetime" fashion bargain opportunities- you can give a little bit. Hey, people on a diet have to have cheat days once in a while right? This journey was started because I wanted to save money and utilize the clothing that I have hoarded for the last few years. I feel like these shoes will only make getting dressed that much more exciting for me.

I've been pretty bad about posting everyday so for now I will post random outfits from Boston as well as from the last few days. I apologize for the lack of posts (though I have no idea who reads this) but I still feel as though this blog is a priority so sorry to whoever you are (I appreciate you!)

Cortney and I have a photoshoot scheduled for this weekend so I'm excited to have some real photos for the blog and for my website!

Enjoy...I guess I'm back to day one huh...

Back to the bean town

Hi guys!

I've been away for a while because I came back to Boston to visit for a while. I'm not sure what is wrong with me and why I would think going in February is a good idea. If you've never been to Boston, or the east coast- Feb is the coldest time in the year. I mean unbearably cold, like I cannot handle it and I have no idea how I lived here for 4 years. Anyways, I could go on and on about how cold and horrible it is here but it has given me a chance to layer a bit more. I'm not really a fan of layering because I feel like it makes me look bulky and when it gets hot you have to shed all your layers. I tried my best to dress appropriately for the weather (something that I never did), so hopefully if I have any east coast people reading this its semi helpful. When I get back to LA the posts will be back to normal.

Day 19...346 left to GO!
